The action can feel repetitive and the usual gacha caveats apply, but the flanking manoeuvres and judicious use of special abilities make for a game where tactics do at least play a part.

Almost a fullWhat started out as a promising Gacha to a very unique and interesting franchise has slowly devolved into an outright cashgrab. Almost a full year into the official launch of the game there has been almost no game content added. The vast majority of what has been added are just time-locked event characters that all have identical launch events. The game has become an utter slog to grind through almost any section of upgrades as every single patch seems to nerf something. Nothing is ever added or buffed, only nerfs. Campaign raid nerfs, tournament reward nerfs to prevent anyone than the top few hundred from getting anything even remotely worth the effort of playing 48 live player vs player battles, dailies nerfed then removed altogether which halved the rate at which players can receive character pulls. Misleading shop offers that are very predatory and aimed at day 1 players who do not realize that some of the characters they attempt to sell you for $80 can be unlocked almost immediately for free. The vast majority of the cast is now locked behind extremely rare or costly pulls with absurdly low chances to get. I have played a few other gachas and none hated their f2p community this much, basic units received through game modes or the campaign can take a long time to unlock and are extremely lack luster compared to the 'premium' roster. Live tournament arena is extremely unbalanced with some premium units resulting in turn 1 wins in some circumstances.

Constant server outages and half-baked buggy patches that can result in constant crashes and an inability to participate in any part of the game for hours at a time. While they do issue some premium currency as an apology during these outages, it usually is not enough to do anything with unless you spend months hoarding it.

Multiple times Character events and character grinds have been nerfed with little-to-no notice just to incentivize spending money on pulls for the very small chance of getting upgrade shards for your specific character. There are multiple characters that have a near unlimited amount of upgrade shards from grinding game modes that still take up high percentage pull chances in the requisition pull. Getting one of these characters after saving premium currency or spending money would especially amount to a 'nothing; pull. Long after you have enough to fully upgrade the character you will still be fed them in large amounts, pointlessly. There is very little chance this will ever be rectified as the devs have never buffed any grinding or character acquisition method in any meaningful way.

It is started to become clear that the main goal of this game is to just find a few whales to exploit until they stop paying, then drop all support for the game. There seems to be no actual in game content on the way besides our monthly character release event, complete with copy/paste missions that are usually poorly thought out or borderline impossible to complete until they are hotfixed some days after it has become a widespread issue.
