    War Dragons is a real-time building game interspersed with railshooter combat and monster collection. The graphics are solid and some people may enjoy the game a lot, but it just didn't hook me.

    this game has potential - but if you don't mind having to jump through 3000 hoops to play any element of the game - then it's probably one you will like. WHATEVER YOU DO - DON'T SIGN UP FOR AN ELITE ACCOUNT FOR THE FIRST 20 OR SO LEVELS!!!!! I foolishly - because I like to support apps like this - bought the elite app - thinking that it would help me level up faster and get me into thethis game has potential - but if you don't mind having to jump through 3000 hoops to play any element of the game - then it's probably one you will like. WHATEVER YOU DO - DON'T SIGN UP FOR AN ELITE ACCOUNT FOR THE FIRST 20 OR SO LEVELS!!!!! I foolishly - because I like to support apps like this - bought the elite app - thinking that it would help me level up faster and get me into the game. However, ALL the same restrictions that are on you as a newbie (build a farm to get meat-> build a log supply to get wood-> slowly clear fog (takes hours) ->slowly - ever so slowly clear trees after you have cleared the fog-> so you can build another structure (ever so slowly) -> so you can clear more fog-> so you can clear MORE trees-> so you can build ANOTHER structure (but not more than 2 at a time-> so you can get an egg-> so you can get a single crap dragon-> so you can clear MORE fog-> so you can clear MORE trees-> so you can build ANOTHER structure-> so you can unlock a storage hut that gets filled up immediately (because you bought the elite account and get a 50%bonus but EXACTLY the same storage space as everyone else so - really -WTF are you paying for!?!?!)-> so you get more Meat-> so you can clear MOOREEE fog....
    you get the idea. Then you unlock several RARE sragons - and you can incubate them and use them right!?!?

    Wrong - you have to wait for an event to get mythic crystals to incubate them - even after working your ass off to upgrade everything as much as you can
    I am 3 days into a 1 week elite account - and am abandoning the game completely - you get PRECISELY ZERO advantage from signing up for the ellite account - and there is no incentive whatsoever to stay in the game as it takes DAYS to level up and even when you do - you are restricited by the game from getting epic dragons - pretty much the only reason one plays. Why would you make people jump through all these hoops to get and breed an "EPIC" dragon's egg - if you can't even open it. I have NO idea if getting the mythic crystal will let me get an epic dragon fromthe egg I have - I suspect that the mythic crystal will unlock the abiliity to wait for another event to take place what will unlock a power that allows me to wait for another event that will allow me incubte the egg if I have completed another event that allows me to clear more darned fog->so i can clear more darn trees-> so I can.........

    still don;t have my epic dragon. avoid this game at all costs - it'slike a jim carey movie - they show you the 3 second of fun stuff in the preview - but then you get in and it's so boring you want to chew your own neck off...    … Expand

    War Dragons has stunning graphics mostly the animations and dragons, the central purpose is highly-based around other games similar to this. It is very fun to play and team-supported or as they call it "guilds". You can either create your own or join someone else's. The unique part about it is that you can attack and defend in REAL TIME. I, personally, spend hours playing this AWESOME game! It is my absolute favorite! Especially if you're into that kind of stuff; dragons and such. You have to stay active on this game if you're in a guild otherwise you could get kicked out for being inactive and it's a horrible feeling if you're in a very high league. With your guild, you can do wars to gain higher egg token rewards to breed more dragons which is also AWESOME. There is a connection between every part of the game somehow which is pretty distinctive. I could go on and on with how this works but you have to try it out for yourself. ;)… Expand

    War Dragons is a great game and a seemingly endless amount of things to do. One of my complaints would be that it lacks in story and a campaign. Although it does say a bit of history, it is a two minute cutscene and leaves you wondering if the tutorial bases is you beating your enemy once and for all. Anyways, some positives are that you can attack and defend in real time, and the graphicsWar Dragons is a great game and a seemingly endless amount of things to do. Another complaint is that if you miss a season dragon, you never have the chance again to obtain it. The elite account is okay, it helps you to level up your dragons quicker and you obtain more meat and wood. The different attack methods (Sorcerer, Hunter, Warrior) and abilities (Earthquake, Rejuvenate, Healing Mark, etc.) add a feeling of dragons being unique from one another. And since I am really interested in mythology (dragons, yeti, etc.) this game was great for me.… Expand

    War dragons is a great game for a year or two, then it becomes pay to play in order to keep up. I played for four years, the last year started getting really expensive. Once you get to level 400 your team will have high expectations of you. Especially in Atlas, atlas is another game within the game that is pvp and mandatory when you get into higher levels.     War Dragons can use more of a story, and a meatier single-player campaign. Its battles are also a bit repetitive, and lacking depth.
