  • Summary: While not fully realistic (they're very forgiving), your succulents will require some maintenance and can die from over- or under-watering. Name your favorite plants, give them special care and attention, and they might even flower for you.

I don't know what to say here, so you should probably pick up Viridi and see what happens.

There’s a whole lot of downtime, and even when you are interacting with the app there isn’t much to do. However, while it’s not necessarily compelling there is a quiet sense of satisfaction to be had with it. Seeing these plants mature, even with very little involvement, still feels like something of an accomplishment.

Viridi is a beautiful game but the snails pace it moves at can be frustrating. I believe there is the shell of something fun here but this game is riddled with micro transactions and an unbelievably slow pace. I can go days yes days without having anything to do in the game. The point of the game is planting succulents of all natures into pots watering them and occasionally removing grass from the pot. Its unbelievably simple in its nature and while fun when there is something to do the speed at which that happens is just too slow. Expand
