    It's easy to pick up and get into, but has a strong pay-to-win component. They have several team wars a day that are fun, but PVP and events are almost entirely dominated by players willing to spend a lot of real money to get ahead. Could be fun if you're into freemium games, but I feel like you need to spend more than the game is worth to last.

    The game is fun and easy to play. Player base is generally friendly and helpful. At first I did not think I would get addicted but lo-and-behold... I can not go without playing it every hour.

    The game is easy to pick up. But as you get a higher level you will notice that paying equals winning in this game. There are players of over lvl3000 in this game, this would take atleast 300 years to do without buying "favor". Not to mention the epic lieutenants you can buy with real money. The top players have spent over 40.000$.

    Underworld Empire is a great game, constantly evolving and updated frequently. I have made a lot of Friends on this game, and anytime I've needed support it's just an e-mail away!

    I rate the game 9/10 stars because like the comments below I agree that it shouldn't be a PAY to WIN concept, but sadly, each month you need to at least drop $25-$50.00 (minimum) to be a top contender.

    Very expensive game to play. basically a PAY TO WIN game. terrible drop rates on in game items and overall not great for free players or casual spenders.

    You play too long before you realize this game is unbalanced, and skewed toward long time players. This is especially true since newer content is intentionally weaker because a handful of older players have an overpowered game component. However, the newer and weaker content costs considerably more to get, hundreds of dollars in fact. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME UNTIL THE DEVELOPERS CHANGEYou play too long before you realize this game is unbalanced, and skewed toward long time players. This is especially true since newer content is intentionally weaker because a handful of older players have an overpowered game component.     As others have said. Despite this game being addicting and a good way to kill time it is merely a cash grab. What's worse? Customer Service takes 0 accountability nor does it value its long standing players. after almost 3 years of playing because I moved from Android to iOS I was told there was nothing they could do. Saddened by Kabam / PA'S business module and policies. I've always stoodAs others have said. Despite this game being addicting and a good way to kill time it is merely a cash grab. What's worse?     The game suffers from several abuse vectors one is people will use multiple accounts to bully and farm other players,customer service is non-responsive to this, and there are all sort of exploits as well that players can and will abuse without any ramifications.

    The developers in their infinite wisdom supposedly made matchmaking changes, this has resulted in players that can be five hundred levels above you being able to hit down, there's nothing about that one could call good matchmaking or good game balance. It just becomes a more obvious pay to win app.

    If you do download this game I recommend you don't spend any money till the developers can show proper customer service, and support for their app and proper game balance unless you are a fan of pay to win with money to burn on garbage.    … Expand
