    Tread of the Dead may have simplistic gameplay, but it's fun because it is one of those great casual games that you can pick up and play for just a few minutes at a time.

    A good game. It has some issues but it has a lot of potential. In spite of some of the issues, I still think it is well worth taking a look at. There is a ton of gameplay and it is quite fun. WIth an update that fixes some of the issues it could be something special, but as it stands, it is a fun game that is hurt by some problems.

    Despite the control issues described above, the tilt controls do work -- just not as well as I'd personally like. Tread of the Dead still offers an interesting, if simple, gameplay premise buttressed by an ample amount of content.

    We'd loved to have seen an alternative to tilt controls on offer in the game, as the precision required to pull off a strategy with any kind of satisfaction is held back by the current controls.

    Featuring multiple game modes and tons of zombie configurations to solve, Tread of the Dead has enough content to keep you busy for a while.

    A lot more fun than you'd expect it to be, Tread of the Dead provides some zombie killing amusement, and at least in its approach to slaying the undead, stands out from the horde of other zombie releases.
