Tap Titans is a fascinating deconstruction of RPGs, and it's something that perhaps fits my tastes to a comical T.

Even thought there are some serious balancing issues and you don’t have nothing to do than tap on your phone’s display, Tap Titans is an engaging and clever clicker game, and you probably end up to feel a little ashamed for the time you will spend on it.

Tap Titans could be one of the best and most polished clicker games around, but the developers must fix its balancing problems first.

A game about tapping the screen. And that's about it, really.

Tap Titans is a poor attempt at making an addictive simplistic title. The game has no semblance of rhyme or reason. The gameplay is unchallenging and uninspired. Many people will delete this quickly after downloading it.

The goal of the game is to tap the phone as fast as you can to kill monsters. They do not attack you (though they attack your ally heroes) and you can’t die. The goal is simply to tap your phone to kill the monster. It’s ridiculously simple and easy to play and does not require much concentration.

It was addicting at first and I wasted quite a few hours just tapping away on my phone. Each stage would end with a boss that can only be killed when you reach a certain DPS and level and in order to level up you would have to gain gold.

This is the first game where I don’t mind the ads. You heard me senpai. The ads bring in tons of gold each time it comes up and is well worth the 15 seconds they make you watch. But what does it say about a game when ads become a necessary part of moving on to the next level?

As you progress through the stages, it begins harder and harder to beat the boss. Your fingers eventually start to cramp and crack from repetitive movement. While the game does have a ‘prestige’ system where you can gain an ‘artifact’ that resets you back to stage one but with extremely enhanced stats that will eventually help you get through any difficult stages, the monotonous tapping and grind eventually got boring.

Overall, I do like the game but the repetition and constant grind to gain money and to level up your hero became tiring. This is a game where I would play while commuting to work, nothing more.
