    It's an interesting idea, but the app is just too greedy. Very expensive to continue and to get past any of the even mid-range content will require you to buy gems - the weapons are too weak and upgrades can for the most part be only bought with gems.

    Swords & Poker Adventures is well put together with a lot to do, but there isn’t the greatest incentive to keep playing, making it worth considering depending on your affinity for poker, and the first two.

    Its combat is unique and extremely satisfying, its 52 levels offer plenty of challenge, and while long-term players will be putting down the $4.99 for unlimited energy, you can easily get a free taste of it is enough to know if it’s worth the money.
