Great little arcade twin-stick shooter. Simple controls, but lots of depth with a completely customizable ship and fun achievements. Found it on TouchArcade, but not seeing it anywhere else yet. Hidden gem?

Great graphics, music and game play! Really fun to play and unlock achievements, and awesome being able to design your own ship out of the parts you find. I just want to keep playing! The controls are maybe a bit tricky at first but you get used to them very quickly.

Awesome little gem of a game! Deep customization of the ship and tons of achievements. Twin-stick to control your ship and, above all, destroy them with lasers!

This game gives you a lot of creative freedom when it comes to building your own space ship. Tons of replayability as you collect and unlock new parts to attach to your ship. Destroying big bosses is my favourite part so far! Still haven't made it to the end yet though.

Despite its name, Starborn Anarkist isn't all that different from other dual-stick shooters. It isn't very shocking in any regard, and it won't change anything about any topic it touches. But it's an enjoyable enough shooter.

So, yes, Starborn Anarkist is pretty rough in the early going, but it's definitely worth sticking to.

Arcade games were designed back in the day to be insanely hard in an effort to eat up quarters. While the modern arcade is more of a novelty at this point, the spirit of difficulty still remains in a title such as this.
