Feb 27, 2016for a star trek fan such as myself (and indeed someone who is into gaming) i would say it does have an aura of nostalgia and can become quite fun and addictive, it is better that most star trek games for PC and console out at the moment but i can't speak on behalf of a non trek fan

Mar 16, 2016This game, which would otherwise be great, is awful because you can hardly progress past a certain point unless you spend money. It takes forever to get items your crew needs, while you get an abundance of items which are useless. Very frustrating to play. It's nothing more than a money-grab.

Oct 10, 2016This is a fun game for the casual gamer. A little strategy, a little combat, but it's also a crew collector's game along the lines of Pokemon. The development team is working hard to keep this title compelling. It's got good graphics, solid gameplay mechanics, and decent storytelling. Not perfect, but fun and with plenty of room for growth. Great F2P experience.

Jan 20, 2016Star Trek: Timelines offers a lot of fun for mega-fans of the franchise, but understand that you won’t get as much out of it as you would want unless you’re willing to spend some money. And, once you start, it can become hard to resist the temptation to drop another $5 for another chance to unlock a rare character or ship...Of course, I wouldn’t put up with any of that if the game wasn’t so much fun.

Jan 20, 2016If you’ve played Game of Thrones Ascent, you know Disruptor Beam is going to get to the bottom of all of the glitches, shine up the gameplay and create some great social elements. I just wish they did all of that first, since I’m reviewing the game as it exists right now.
