South of the Circle is one of those games that you'll either love or hate. The great news is that is an Apple Arcade game, you can try it without spending extra money. And if you do, you won't regret it.

What South of the Circle lacks in dynamic gameplay mechanics, it makes up for with a heartbreaking, heartwarming, thrilling, and terrifying story. It takes players on an emotional rollercoaster filled with unforgettable moments that tug at the player's heartstrings. For those looking to escape reality for a few hours, or for a few moments here and there, South of the Circle is an unbeatable narrative experience that's well worth the cost of an Apple Arcade subscription.

One of the best Apple Arcade games yet provides an intriguing combination of Firewatch, Neo Cab, and LA Noire, but ends up feeling like a creation all of its own.

South of the Circle masters the art of storytelling through videogames, presenting a deep and mature story using a perfect style, but you have to be aware that this is actually a novel with very limited interaction.

Masterpiece virtual experience. You just should treat it more like a movie, not a game, but definitely worth to try

Unfortunately the gameplay is almost non-existent, in some instances the game plays itself. The story is well presented but filled with a ton of 1960s cliches. And the game is not subtle about it either. It reemphasizes the same points all over again, without providing a balanced view on certain cultural aspects of that era. This is unfortunate because the game has a good start, but looses it with its plot fast. I sadly cannot recommend Expand
