    Gorgeous game. It's derivative of COC, but adds exploration elements and is a lot better looking. This is a freemium game, but it is completely playable without spending a dime, unlike most other freemium games.

    The artwork is amazing and the entire app looks great. The attack AI is pretty dumb and aggravating, just deploy guys and they go where they want. Needs preview w/o having guys in your ship, needs preview w/o a 10s to fight timer. It's similar to clashofclans and boom beach but less polished. Except the art... the art is amazing.

    Plunder Pirates does almost everything right: however it’s little more than a clone of Clash of Clans, with the same ups and downs of Supercell’s game.

    Plunder Pirates doesn't advance the genre, but it is one of the better base builder games and worth a look if you like this sub genre.
