I don't normally write reviews, but feel compelled to write one about this game just out of pure frustration.
I have played the game since day one, and at first thought, I was looking forward to playing it and hoped that it would be a long standing thing. The game itself looks great and on paper has a lot going for it, the type on game somebody can easily get immersed in... butI don't normally write reviews, but feel compelled to write one about this game just out of pure frustration.
I have played the game since day one, and at first thought, I was looking forward to playing it and hoped that it would be a long standing thing. The game itself looks great and on paper has a lot going for it, the type on game somebody can easily get immersed in... but unfortunately it does have its flaws... at first I thought it could be a teething thing with it being a new game, and I still hope it is, but update after update, the game still isn't working right (for me anyway). Several issues include certain parts of the game not working, purchased gold going missing, packages purchased not being credited, the game telling you that it needs updating when an update isn't available, but the worst thing is the lack of support from the in game help. I've wrote numerous emails regarding the problems that I've had, and the support is none existent. I am at the point where I'm thinking that I'll just jack the game in, but after spending a good amount of real life cash to help me through the game (which most people will likely do if they want to progress anywhere decent in the game) I think to myself 'hopefully they'll sort it out and the next update will iron out the flaws' but I'm swaying to the side of ditching the game. Overall, it has the premise of a good game, but the crappy experience will be the downfall of it.

I've returned to make additional comments regarding the in game support or lack of it. After several problems from being locked out of the game, losing in game resources and making in game purchases and losing them too, after contacting support I found that when they do eventually reply back (I was lucky) that unfortunately I was faced with a massive amount of prejudice. The support is based in Russia, and I found that I was not treated the same as other member who had made complaints. Now, I can only put this down to racism, because of my name. I found that support would bend over backwards to help people with 'the right name', yet I was treated with a cold shoulder, and when asked to take my complaint further, I was completely blanked and 'support' have point blanked refused to interact with me now via support and social media. It is absolutely disgusting that racism and prejudice is still going on in this day and age. I really hope that the developers do read on comments and take the issue onboard, but it's most likely that this will be cast aside, just like I have been.
