    It's simple, sure, but that's the idea. It's meant to be played over and over again. Players are supposed to try different strategies each time until they find one that works for them. Most of all, it's the kind of game that can drain an entire afternoon. Then the afternoon after that. And the one after that.

    My Little Monster is something more than an App. It is a crazy experience jumped out of the mind of Pär Fredriksson. It's short, someway limited, but it does entertain, so take it. It's $1.

    A game that recovers that "Tamagotchi" spirit and offers a simple and fun experience that lets you breed your own monster and use it to face battles. It lacks some options, especially in customization and control, but is a fun game for the price it asks.

    Though considerably shorter than I would have liked it to be, My Little Monster is a reasonable amount of bang for your buck.
