Mar 19, 2013It's also still an undeniably good game, and despite awful controls players can still have fun with it. But really, until a developer figures out a better way of adapting the controls to a touchscreen, this version of Metal Slug X should be avoided.

Mar 15, 2013Metal Slug X is a fun shooter with a load of content. The touch screen controls let it down at times, but most of the time they work well enough. I am not sure if Metal Slug X is worth it if you already own Metal Slug 2, and it would have been nice to have it as an IAP upgrade as well. For newcomers to the series this is a perfect start.

Mar 11, 2013In the end, it all comes down to whether you're OK with spending another four bucks to download Metal Slug 2.5. If so, then Metal Slug X will do a fine job putting your shooting skills to the test.
