Nov 13, 2022Lyxo is a minimalist puzzle game which is challenging enough to keep you interested while being quite a soothing and relaxing experience. It’s all about thinking about the best way to shine the light to solve each puzzle and just when you think you have it figured out there is a new mechanic to learn. I highly recommend it if you want something relaxing to occupy your time.

Mar 8, 2021It works perfectly on a touchscreen, the experience of gently manoeuvring light through each level proving engaging and oddly relaxing.

Mar 1, 2021Bending light is super fun in Lyxo, but trying to bend the controls to your will is decidedly less so. This isn't such a huge deal so long as the current challenge you're facing doesn't have too many arbitrary gimmicks layered on top of it. This is to say that the early stages of Lyxo are compelling thanks to the freedom granted to you, but the further you get into the game, the more time you spend on fighting with it.

Mar 1, 2021Lyxo is a simple concept - it’s just reflecting light - but as a puzzle game, it feels refreshing and relaxing. It’s great to be able to play such a soft and simple puzzler that doesn’t seem to want to rush me or limit me to the number of lines I can draw. The graphic style, though minimalist, continues to feed into the simplicity and relaxing nature of the game itself. If you like puzzle games and are looking for something less stressful, Lyxo is well worth downloading and with 87 levels, you will have plenty to work through!
