    Fans of the original will enjoy seeing Lost Wages with high definition backdrops - and may understand more of the jokes if they played it when they were young - but the wit is not nearly as sharp as you remember it. New players, on the other hand, will simply stare at the screen incredulously, wondering why the remake's Kickstarter was embraced so enthusiastically.

I've been waiting for an Al Lowe-involved Larry sinceI first played the original Larry on a Tandy 1000 when I was nine (My mom was awesome). I've been waiting for an Al Lowe-involved Larry since Love for Sail and this does not disappoint. The updated background art is amazing. I love the new humor and I'm so glad they got the original voice of Larry. The new puzzles are pretty entertaining. I like the twist with the blow up doll at the end. Humor is surprisingly absent in video games these days and that makes Larry feel extremely refreshing despite being a point-and-click adventure game. Two thumbs up!… Expand
