Its flaws, which are just technical hiccups and a punishing difficulty, but that’s just a small prices to pay for the sheer joy of its movement system. It’s a game for people who miss the arcade era but want something that feels modern and stylish.

    Kasso Gaiden doesn't feel like it is unique enough to stand out, but it's an interesting little game. I do wish the sound effects were mutable, as they sort of take away from the experience.
