Juggle Champ is a Flappy Bird-like game for football nerds. I know, i know, "not another one of these cheap rip-off clones" you think, and you are right. However, this is not a bare clone.

Juggle Champ gets harder over time. Every 10 points the game gets faster and/or other surprises are waiting for the gamer. I'm not going to spoil too much now, specially since i only got up to 25 points and know the first two levels. Generally i feel that the game is bit easier than the original Flappy in Level 1 but gets even harder after that.
The graphics are not in the 8-Bit pixel style of the original (and most of the clones), but appear to be lending from iOS 7's flat design, with flat colored high-res Sprites. Apart from the splash screen, which just doesn't fit in the rest of the game and looks like a placeholder for the actual splash screen, the design is very clear and light and a pleasure to look at.
But where the game really shines is the sound track. In the title screen an upbeat loop welcomes the player and set the stage for the fast game play that follows. As soon as you hit the start button, the loop fades away, which i good idea, since it's catchy rhythm would probably interfere with the game. Instead you are cheered to by a virtual audience that applauds your successes and boos when you fail. All in all a great atmosphere.
A little drawback are the ads. But since they are only shown discretely in the menus and not during the game, i'll let this one slip. After all it's a free game.
In my opinion this is the best Flappy Bird based game out there. If i had to choose one of them to play for the rest of the year, it would be this one as it is fresh, enhances the game play and is well executed. 10/10.… Expand
