    Just like to share the experience I recently had with the game.

    The game itself is ok, and I spent some money on it. I logged into it once on a different device, logged back out and never played on that device again. Some time later my gf started a new game, and this somehow reset my game that was linked to my facebook while the device was not logged in to my facebook. Since then I have made several tickets, but they simply refuse to either restore my account or reimburse the value of gems I bought. All I get from customer support are automated responses. I don't even think they read what I explain to them.
    They have since also blocked me on their facebook page and removed any message I posted. (To hide their shady business?)
    In my book, these people are simply thieves.
    Just a fair warning, enjoy the game if you must, but think twice before spending money on it.
