    Actually one of the few Mobile devices games that got me hooked from the first 10 minutes of playing. The game is Free and does not have a very Aggressive in App Purchase system, the iAP is actually pleasant more so by playing the game and ranking up in Arena, you get more than enough Currency. 1 Rank in top 500 is worth more than 5$ iAP.

    I’m registering this review as a warning to you about UCool, Heroes Charge. I made an in-game purchase on 15/07/20. The package purchased did not arrive. I contacted customer support and provided evidence of the purchase. They replied several times that I received the package and cannot help me. I asked for proof via logs. They sent me logs that don’t match e.g. different time, differentI’m registering this review as a warning to you about UCool, Heroes Charge. I made an in-game purchase on 15/07/20. The package purchased did not arrive. I contacted customer support and provided evidence of the purchase. They replied several times that I received the package and cannot help me. I asked for proof via logs. They sent me logs that don’t match e.g. different time, different rewards package (a different package I purchased) I advised them. They told me it was due to a time zone difference. I pointed out the error of this excuse as time zones don’t have 19 minute parameters and that doesn’t explain the wrong rewards package. They sent me different logs, also representing the wrong time and wrong rewards package (from another package I purchased). Again I asked for evidence via logs for the specific time and date of the receipt I presented. Again, they say they ‘The developers have advised they cannot help me.’ 2 months later, still they fail to provide evidence nor the paid for package. Don’t sign up for this game. There is no loyalty to long standing customers like myself and their Poor excuse for customer support is yet to supply me with the $79.99 package I paid for that never arrived, nor the purchase rewards that came with it.     Heroes Charge is a very middle-of-the-road RPG that's unremarkable, but an okay pick if you can't get enough of mobile-based RPGs.
