A clever and generous puzzler that excels in gameplay far beyond where it fails in presentation. Open it up anytime you’d like a cool, refreshing Ahhh followed by an inevitable brain freeze.

You start out dragging soda fromFizzy Factory is a very clean, crisp, and attractive puzzle game that stays one step ahead of the player. You start out dragging soda from geysers to bottles. Once you've got the hang of that, Fizzy Factory introduces mergers. Sometimes you have to strategically merge pipes before reaching bottles. Okay. Got that. Time to add color mixing. Blue soda plus yellow soda equals green soda. This is when the puzzles really start to shine and stand apart from the puzzle universe. Fizzy Factory builds on the color mixing concept by later adding Color Stations, allowing players to drag a single pipe of soda through a Color Station to get a new color--red soda through a blue Color Station generates purple soda. Finally--to really up the ante--Fizzy Factory introduces Splitters. You can drag orange soda into a Splitter to shoot out red and yellow soda pipes. Needless to say that when all of these concept are combined, the puzzles become very challenging and rewarding.

With 384 levels and a complementary Fizzy Factory Secret Password Challenge run through the HangZone.com website, this is a fantastic puzzle game with challenges for a wide variety of audiences.

Pretty similar in concept to Flow and Train Yard, Fizzy Factory slides right in between them in terms of challenge level. The concept is simple enough, get the colored soda into the correct colored bottle. Along the way you'll be mixing colors, adding colors, splitting colors, etc. Lots of possibilities and lot's of fun! There are tons of puzzles, 384 to be exact. The early levels are pretty quick to beat, but some of the later ones may take you a long time. The difficulty curve is great in this game, and they keep finding ways to make the puzzles feel fresh... great level design. Another great point about this game is that it's FREE! And they don't try to shove in-app purchases down your throat! You can buy hints if you get stuck but they're not expensive. Anyway, great game. Really gives you a sense of accomplishment when you beat some of the harder levels! Full Review »
