    Do you want to hear something stupid? There is no separate section for this game's Android platform in Metacritic. So even though I play on Android, I will review from the iOs section.

    I can summarize this game in one sentence: A simple mobile game. Safety car parts are completely disappointing. No red flag. There is no career mode.     Safety car parts are completely disappointing. No red flag. There is no career mode. Occasionally, I am entering the game just because I am a fan of F1. When I say I will enjoy it completely, something stupid happens and all my pleasure disappears.

    After i tried to play this game once more, my disappointment become greater. What is wrong with pit stops? Well, everything! After 30 seconds i finally box. 5 seconds for tyre change. 30 second for leave the pitlane.

    Oh, and also AI is terrible. With Manor, starting from 22 i can win the race at very hard difficulty.    … Expand

    This game is utterly terrible. And I’m not saying this out of spite. I’ve enjoyed most of Codemaster’s titles from the DiRT series to this one. My only issue with it is it’s optimization which is (in my honest opinion) the most vital part to a game’s success. No matter the device this game strolls along at a lame 30fps (even less if there are AI opponents). I feel terrible for the folk whoThis game is utterly terrible.     The mobile version of F1 2016 is especially suitable for pick up and play sessions, but it does not really shine, especially for that cost.

    F1 2016 is a great game if you only want to do Time Trials but a pretty frustrating one if you like racing against the AI. Codemasters has always had a problem getting the AI to work right in its F1 games, so I'm not really surprised to see the AI in F1 2016 having all these issues.

    Once you get in the swing of it, F1 2016 on mobile and Apple TV is a good, low-priced alternative to the console version. For the more casual racing game fans, it’s the better, more accessible option. For the people who play games on the go, it’s worth noting that neither the Vita nor the 3DS gets an F1 game this yes, so this is your only option. And it’s always nice to have a quality game release on Apple TV.
