    This game does very little to differentiate itself from other games in the genre. The first 5 Ages are enjoyable, but afterwards the time investment becomes too great. Wait times for upgrades start creeping into days and weeks, and defenses are far too strong. What bugs me about this game is how little effort the developers put in to improving upon the genre. The only good decision they made was allowing you to keep units that survive battles. This becomes less important later on since defenses in the later game become too powerful and the AI is too stupid to use specialized units effectively. Units like the Cannon, which claim to target the nearest building, will sometimes walk into firing range of the nearest defensive structure while trying to hit another target farther away. To effectively collect resources at the later game, you have to use small numbers of units to pick off unprotected resources. Full scale invasions become too impractical.… Expand

    This is a game that you PAY to win - which personally, I don't have a problem. But after spending nearly $10,000 on this game but being treated with indifference, with a "I-don't-give-a-dam" to their customer service and their copy/paste responses when you ask for a refund - I have decided to write this feedback.
    BIGGEST REASON?
    They have unethical methods and means of cheating you of    This is a game that you PAY to win - which personally, I don't have a problem. But after spending nearly $10,000 on this game but being treated with indifference, with a "I-don't-give-a-dam" to their customer service and their copy/paste responses when you ask for a refund - I have decided to write this feedback.
    BIGGEST REASON?
    They have unethical methods and means of cheating you of your money by having 'secret' tiers where they advertise (misleading) that you can get a particular artifact or power or upgrade. However AFTER you spend 1, 2, 3, 4, levels higher (which the cost keeps increasing) to reach that elusive prize or upgrade you are made to realize you have to spend $$$ 4 to 5 times on something YOU DO NOT WANT OR NEED compulsorily. And ONLY and ONLY after you purchase this unwanted purchase which they make you buy 3 to 5 times - then and only then you get the final purchase.
    Misleading game & unethical sales practices with one of the most indifferent & "I-don't-care" responses.
    This game & developer should seriously shut down and I hope some competitor comes out soon to drive them to bankruptcy.

    Dominations is a good concept, and I like the gameplay. However, there are a lot of flaws that need to be fixed.

    First, this game is too p2w. Adding Bjorn Ironside, which is a general exclusive to money spenders, and VIP, an entire aspect for money spenders, makes the game too p2w. Not to mention they keep on bugging me to buy their stuff. Also, the events are bugging you to buy the    Dominations is a good concept, and I like the gameplay. However, there are a lot of flaws that need to be fixed.

    First, this game is too p2w. Adding Bjorn Ironside, which is a general exclusive to money spenders, and VIP, an entire aspect for money spenders, makes the game too p2w. Not to mention they keep on bugging me to buy their stuff. Also, the events are bugging you to buy the event pass, which gives many buyers unfair advantages towards free players.

    Second, the gameplay, even though I actually like it, is too similar to other games around civilization-building. Enough said.

    Multiplayer hasn't been working out for me either. I usually get people way above my age (Medieval), sometimes even Digital Age. Not just that, the bases I get have way more medals than I do too. And the bases my level give 1-2 medals each. I'm Silver III.

    Lastly, I get plundered 2-3 times daily so I barely get income to even upgrade a single wall. My walls are level 6, which some are level 7. Yet gunpowder age players (the majority that attacks me) have wall miners that can one-shot level 7 walls. I'm only level 77. It's also really hard to get a wall blessing. Sending an expedition to Constantinople is the only way for me to get a wall blessing, yet it's so rare and time-consuming.

    This is a horrible game. Developers are incredibly greedy and will stop at nothing to get your money. Delete this one as soon as possible. The game isnt even close to being completed. Resources such as food, gold, and oil are being continually devalued with each new update.

    Great game spoilt by gamers buying there way to the top, unless you use your credit card, or cheat, you'll get nowhere, I'm deleting today, like most games that cone free ,they aren't

    This is a true awesome strategy game. Way better than Clash of Clans. If you hate DomiNations, you're silly as J. Bieber. The graphics look nice. The hunting feature is cool. The troops are powerful. Heck you can even have more builders than Clash of Clans. You can buy houses with gold instead of gems or crowns. This is a very awesome game and I would say buy it.

    This is an amazing game. THe way you can evol you country and even pick your country is amazing. It is a lot easier to do things than in clash of clans. I think you should give this a try because it doesn't even ask for money and it doesn't have ads ethier. It is very great quality.

Az első és legfontosabb ilyen tulajdonsága a korok, azok kiválasztása és minden ami ezzel kapcsolatos. Ugyanis a négyes szintű főépületre lépéskor (Első a hajnal kora, majd jön a Kőkorszak, a Bronzkorszak) ami a Vaskorszakban (Iron Age) történik meg, választhatunk egy külön nemzetet, amiknek nem csak az épületei és harcosai lesznek mások, hanem lesz egy speciális képességük is. Én a japókat választottam, akik a harcban némileg erősebben teljesítenek és a főépületük is tud lőni.

    Ekkor válik igazán érdekessé a játék, hiszen a jól megszokott Clash stratégiák is javarészt csődöt mondanak, amikor egy olyan nemzet ellen kell harcolnunk akikkel mondjuk még nem találkoztunk. A jól bevált stratégiákkal, beolajozott módszerekkel itt nem lehetünk olyan hatékonyak mint a nagy elődben. Szóval ki kell tanulni minden nemzet képességeit, épületeit, a várható védelmi egységek viselkedését, hogy mire számíthatunk ha megtámadunk valakit, mert az óvatlan csatározás gyors kudarcba tud fulladni.

    Természetesen erre a játékra is vonatkozik a szokásos tanácsom, miszerint minden egyes szintnél – ebben a játékban korszaknak hívják ugye – építsünk meg minden épületet, védelmi egységet, falat, utat mindent (erről picit később), illetve fejlesszük őket az elérhető maximális szintre. Ennek a módszernek köszönhetően sokkal erősebbek és hatékonyabbak leszünk, mint más hasonló szintű, elsietett bázissal rendelkező, hamari játékosok. A Dominationsben is választanunk kell egy idő után, hogy milyen jellegű bázist építünk, itt arra kell koncentrálni, hogy a főépületet akarjuk-e megvédeni vagy a nyersanyagot. Mindkettő nagyon fontos dolog, de egyszerre megvédeni őket lehetetlen, ezért kell eldöntenünk, hogy számunkra melyik a fontosabb, mert ugye ha leverik a főépületet akkor a támadás már eléri az egy csillagos győzelmet, de nem mindegy, hogy mindeközben elviszik-e az összes lehetséges nyersanyagot is vagy csak egy részét. Ha ledaráltak minket akkor némi védelmi időszak jár cserébe (békeszerződés), ezalatt az idő alatt nem tudnak minket támadni, ha viszont mi mégis szeretnénk, akkor a védelemnek vége.

    A bázis építésekor figyelembe kell vennünk kettő további nagyon fontos dolgot, az egyik ilyen az út maga, ugyanis minden szinten lehetőségünk lesz egyre több útvonalat kiépíteni, ezek alapvetően pénzszerzési források, amik még többet hoznak a konyhára, ha a lehető legtöbb épület csatlakozik az úthoz. Magát az utat is lehet fejleszteni, illetve bányák helyett itt karavánok lesznek amik rendszeres időközönként hozzák nekünk az aranyat. A másik érdekesség, ami eltér a megszokottól a „csoda = wonders” épületek lesznek, a világ hét csodáján kívül némileg kibővül a választék, ezek természetesen korokhoz és országokhoz lesznek kötve, illetve mindegyik valami speciális képességgel ruházza fel a bázisunkat, olyanokkal mint több arany, erősebb védelmi egységek, tornyok és a többi.

    A játék igencsak nagy sikernek örvendhet, hatalmas játékos bázisa van, évről évre jönnek ki az újabb és fejlettebb korok, eredetileg a „felvilágosodás kora” volt az utolsó, azóta már megjelentek újabbak is, olyanok mint, Industrial Age, Global Age, Atomic age, Cold War age és ha minden igaz idén jön a Space Age avagy az űrkorszak is. Mint az látjátok foglalkoznak a játékkal rendesen és éppen elég újdonság és eredetiség van benne ahhoz, hogy megérdemelje a játékosok figyelmét. Természetesen vannak olyan idegesítő hibák, bugok, apróságok benne, mint mondjuk a harc, ahol az egységek nem reagálnak olyan kiforrott és következetes módon, mint más hasonló játékokban, vagy nem működik a multitouch, tehát nem használhatjuk több újunkat csak egyszerre egyet. De például egy olyan aprósággal, mit mondjuk az „order” parancs aminek köszönhetően fél percenként új célpontot adhatunk minden egyes egységünknek, belevittek némi eredetiséget a kissé kezdetleges csatározásokba.

    A Dominations mindenképpen megér egy misét, ha rajongója vagy a stílusnak ha nem, az jár talán a legjobban aki ezzel a játékkal kezdi el ezt a stílust, mert egy ilyen cím nem kevés időre szól, éveket el lehet tölteni velük. „Must try” kategória, tegyetek ti is így!    … Expand

    The game contain ASTRONOMICAL amount of Ads and cash offers, the customer service is beyond pathetic, numerous bugs, locking off people from the game asking them to update while the update is not available worldwide, for some people, update may be delayed to 6 - 24 hours    Good strategy game, but in a very slow pace due to extremely limited resources and time requirement for activities.

    The game contain ASTRONOMICAL amount of Ads and cash offers, the customer service is beyond pathetic, numerous bugs, locking off people from the game asking them to update while the update is not available worldwide, for some people, update may be delayed to 6 - 24 hours later depending on the location resulting in unequally inaccessible to defenseless base.

    Opening a ticket asking for urgent assistance can be delayed to at least 2 days or in many occasion that occur recently, many tickets were abused by their privilege to ignored and closed without notifying, from standard bugs, hackers report, to in-game questions that did not provided. Responsibility never taken, apology never perform, compensation never offer, no matter how severe the problems are (sometimes they even try to make an excuse to make you the responsible one instead). Almost every CASH items in game either temporarily or consumable making most of the cash spent in this game wasted on intangible and unaccountable things.

    Only thing good in this game is the use of....... massive buggy strategies.    … Expand

    The drop off in pace from Iron Age to Classical Age was too sharp as it felt like I'd suddenly run out of things to do, but otherwise this is a solid game with exceptionally high production values and a fair free-to-play system.
