Doggins is one of those games that should be loaded onto every iPad. It is a wonderfully charming, humorous and casual adventure that is unfortunately cut short in its prime. You won't regret your time with it all the same, and I sure hope Brain & Brain rewards fans with another chapter or three.

Some people may view Doggins as a lovely piece of childlike art-gaming. Others may view Doggins as a pretentious piece of "hipster" art-gaming.

While still immensely enjoyable for adults, between its short length, simple puzzles and gorgeous art style, Doggins is perhaps best suited as a substitute for a traditional storybook at a child's bedtime where the audience is far more receptive to hearing the same short story unfold night after night.

A touch on the easy side and quite short, Doggins is still a charming delight of an adventure game.

An impossibly stylish and intuitive point-and-click adventure that tells a charming tale, but finishes way too soon.
