    This is like the desktop version, without mod support and expansions. You have to rule a democratic world power, with probably more than an hundred policies from taxes to foreign relations. Odd enough, it is a democracy political game that don't have a real opposition party and have the dullest election mechanic possible.     Democracy 3 is a fascinating (if a bit brutal and dry) look into the machinations of getting elected in the free world. Just don't anger those fringe groups!
