    You can use infinite runners as a judge of whether or not you'll like the game, as Combo Quest is pretty similar to them on a basic level - time your screen taps to stay alive as along as possible and start all over again when you die.

    A clever endless fighting game that is a rhythm game too. Not perfect but quite fun.

    But for all the flaws and inconsistencies with this game that I can point out, I struggle to put this one down. The concept is a ton of fun, and there's definitely some elements of a great game here.

    Combo Quest could've been a great game, but it's just a small fun arcade with some RPG elements.

    The idea behind Combo Quest is a good one, and it was actually pretty fun and engaging to tap my way through enemy after enemy. But when I’m forced to repeat the same ten levels (I think level 13 was my best run) ad nauseam just because that’s how the game is… it’s hard not to lose interest.

    I was drawn by the retro graphics, and the gameplay looked enticing enough to drop $.99 on this.
