    With Battle Islands, DR Studios applies a modern war theme to the Clash of Clans template, but not much else.

    Inspiration is good but Battle Islands is a little too much like many other titles to really tantalize.

    This is a sub-par and unoriginal mobile F2P/P2W city building game, meant to nickel and dime you for upgrades so you don't have to wait real time for them to finish building. A WW2 themed clash of clans now ported to PS4.

    You will like this game if-
    you love mobile F2P games but don't want to use your phone
    have more money than time.

    you will hate this game if-
    you don't like the thought of mobile games on the PS4
    you don't like long cool-down timers
