BEWARE — DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. They make you buy the first chapter upfront, and then you are left with infinite loading times, 10 fps animation, lags that are astounding for a game for which timing is part of the equation, anti-aliasing glitching, and the occasional crash. Not even the recent "bug fixes" update solves anything.
Really an embarrassing stumble for a publisher that was used

Really an embarrassing stumble for a publisher that was used to treat its mobile users with profound respect, bringing out great animated stories. This is shameful, and it should get fixed soon.

Those who can play it will enjoy this interesting take on the Batman mythos and the difficult choices that come with being Bruce and Batman. You can play the character as a knight in shining armor or as a vigilante barely skirting the limits of the law. Either way, I think you'll enjoy Episode 1, Realms of Shadows; if you can actually play it that is.

Even with the porting issues, the mobile version of Realm of Shadows is still a great start to Telltale’s take on Batman — assuming you don’t have the means or desire to play it on a console or computer, anyway. The story is engaging, the action is decent enough, and it ends on one heck of a cliffhanger (the good kind). Play it wherever you can — even if your only choice is mobile.

Batman is a pretty standard Telltale game, marred by a boring main character and writing that's either dull, bad, or overly familiar.
