Mar 3, 2012A fairly decent fighter that manages to recapture some of the nostalgia for late 80's gaming. A multiplayer, arcade and survival mode help provide longevity, though multiplayer doesn't seem to be that robust and is pretty random.

Feb 28, 2012Nostalgia is often preceded by a rose-tinted belief that things were better 'back in the day' and while this is often untrue, Barbarian - The Death Sword is more excited about introducing slick 3D graphics and new mechanics than it is in retaining the responsive combat that made the original game so brutal and fun.
