    While it might look like more of the same at first glance, Bonzai Blade is still very much worth a second (even third) look. It's familiar, yes, but it does plenty of things differently – better, even – while still utilizing the expected elements that have made the genre so popular in the first place.

    There's plenty to like about Banzai Blade, and the fact that it's free makes it an impulse download you won't regret. Far from exceptional, but definitely worth playing a few times a day.

    Despite its best efforts, Banzai Blade is kind of tiresome and is missing that intangible quality that makes a game like Temple Run so freaking addicting.
