Oct 9, 2013Nice deckbuilding card game that looks beautiful on the iPad. It plays fast with easy-to-learn rules and the AI is good enough to be a challenge for casual players. Due to its tactical nature it's important to pay attention to what your opponent is doing and what the cards in the center row have to offer. There is no single strategy with which you can "solve" the game.

Jun 29, 2014A great deckbuilding game that works great on the iPad. If you played the board game, you would love this app. With no need to setup the physical board, it makes Ascension much more convenient.

Feb 13, 2012If you have been curious about Ascension but weren't ready to pay the price for the actual board game or don't have any local friends to play it with, the iOS version is a great option to play it. Because it plays so quickly, you can get a game in at a fraction of the time.

Sep 20, 2011When the cards become familiar enough to make zooming a thing of the past, Ascension flowers thanks to its speedy and unfussy online integration. A simple game to learn, it's one that builds into rich and complex battles, big and small. It probably won't impress the airhead in your life, unfortunately – but that's what iPint's for.

Aug 28, 2011A particularly nice touch is that you can have multiple online games going at once, so you don't have to sit around waiting if your opponent has to put a game down for a while.
