    This game is fantastic IF... you can get onto the right faction on a new server. Most servers have multiple dead factions, and starting on an old server will leave you very far behind. This game has an open world MMO aspect, RTS style combat, and a base builder to generate troops. The biggest downfall I have seen so far is that a cash whale can ruin an entire server. My first server (18) has a player that has clearly spent tens of thousands of dollars, and is 5 to 10 times as powerful as the average player. He is basically an untouchable god that just ruins the entire server, as there is no mechanism to team up and stop him from capturing entire cities for his faction. As a result people are just quitting and restarting on other servers... That being said, the game is very fun. You just need to find the right server to be a part of.… Expand

    Do not play this game unless you are Chinese. Since Lilith is a Chinese company there are more Chinese players than English players. This results in the Chinese ganging up on the English players until they have nothing left. I have been playing for a while now and it is the same in every server.

    Art of Conquest features wonderful graphics and animations, and it plays nicely. I actually prefer it over other similar titles, and love amassing hundreds of units that I can deploy in battle. Its only drawback is the freemium nature of the game, using in-app purchases to help feed your army and speed up your troop recruitment and training.

    Art of Conquest’s strength lies in its ability to combine all of these in a way that feels fairly fresh. This is a game that’s ideal for those short bursts of gaming that mobile gaming can be so good at. Paying your way ahead is possible but it’s not necessary and you won’t feel too corralled into doing so. Simply playing at your own pace works well enough, ensuring that Art of Conquest is the kind of game that’s going to stick around on your phone for a while yet.
