Jun 7, 2011Altered Beast is a classic in many senses, but while it's great to see the game republished it's most certainly not remastered; a great conversion for the Mega Drive back in the day, but a bit sloppy for modern gamers.

Jun 7, 2011Altered Beast is more of an artifact than a fun video game. When you transform into a dragon or wolf and get to pound screen-sized boss monsters, it's enjoyable. But you have to push through some really clunky punching as a goofball muscleman to get there.
