    Absolutely the best multiplayer game for iOS! I've been playing it almost every day for a year now, and it never gets old. This is one of those cases where everything is just perfect. It's simple and fun, like a game should be.

    I have played this game more than any other for the past year. In fact, there may not be another game I've played more, ever. It is fantastic and addictive.

    The good: The flight simulation is really great. The game really takes advantage of the hardware in ios devices to create a really engaging experience.     The good: The flight simulation is really great. The game really takes advantage of the hardware in ios devices to create a really engaging experience. While you can't do any tricks such as loops, rolls, etc. the game does create a 1st person feel for the paper airplane you're flying. Second, it's simple. Avoid absticles and shoot other players. There are two on screen buttons for each thumb and they are well placed to calibrate or center the plane, increase your speed, select weapons, and fire. The game is well thought out and devoid of excessive complications. Finally, strategy. While the game is simple, the strategy involved in taking out really good opponents appears to be limitless. Need to lose a tailing opponent fast? Learn to dip into one of the buckets and fly around inside to shake him. Is your opponent giving you the slip by flying around cinder blocks? Leave some well placed firecrackers for him to fly into. The strategies keep you hooked and coming back again and again.

    The bad: It may be the fault of Apple's Game Center, but what does effect game play negatively are the frequent connection issues with other players. Opponents disconnecting from the game, or being disconnected yourself seems to happen about 30-40% of the time.

    I've been playing this game ever since it came out! I'm still addicted to it to this day! Now with new levels and planes coming out, I'm sure I'll play it more than ever! Before Airwings I was religiously playing Infinity Blade 2. This made me forget every other game I have!

Whether you are blasting planes out of the sky with rocket like pencils, or plop and dropping fire crackers, or flying high speed through various obstacles while planning a strategic path to destroy your enemy. When you are matched upI've been playing Air Wings for about a year now. Though, Im not a big video gamer, I really enjoy this game more than any other game I have ever played. Whether you are blasting planes out of the sky with rocket like pencils, or plop and dropping fire crackers, or flying high speed through various obstacles while planning a strategic path to destroy your enemy. When you are matched up againts a skilled apponent, you will get a heart pumping thrill ride of dogfighting heaven. Best Game Ever!!!!!!!!… Expand

    Absolutely the best IOS game out there! Hours of great fun, for all family members, of all ages! Wo0oW even my toddler loves to fly the planes! Great community of players!

    This is by far my favorite game for the iPhone. You fly a paper airplane and shoot down others with spitballs, rubber bands, suction darts and firecrackers. How could you not want to do that? The levels are well designed and there are a good variety of planes (provided you buy the additional plane packs which are totally worth the price). Having young kids I've had to pack away my Xbox.This is by far my favorite game for the iPhone. The levels are well designed and there are a good variety of planes (provided you buy the additional plane packs which are totally worth the price). Having young kids I've had to pack away my Xbox.     Without question, THE BEST GAME OUT THERE!! It's held my attention now for over a year. No other game has kept me coming back for more than 4 weeks at most. I've logged in hundreds of hours dog fighting other people from around the world for the few dollars I spent upgrading my planes, it's been by far the best entertainment value I've ever gotten for my money!!     This really is the best Online Multiplayer game on the app store. I have been playing Air Wings for nearly 1 year now. Usually I get a game it gets boring so I delete it. Usually I get a game it gets boring so I delete it. But with Air Wings It got me hooked right from the start. Basically, you fly different types of paper planes that are armed with all sorts of cool weapons. You match up via Game center against other online players battle it out either 1 on 1 or 4 player mode. The object of course is to shoot down the other players. The flight controls are simple but of course to get really good takes practice a few beat downs until you get the hang of it. I was getting smashed the first week I played but could see myself getting better started to win battles. You get one free basic plane which is ok to start with but once you get good it's well worth getting the In-App-Purchases for the upgraded planes levels. One upgrade plane pack with 2 planes is only 0.99c to $1.99. These planes are all different with some really fast, some hold lots of ammo, some can take lots of damage. The cool part os working out which plane suits you best to get lots of wins smack down the other players. Air Wings has lots of players playing every day so finding a match up takes less than 20 seconds. The whole Air Combat/dog fighting battles is amazing. The game has a very active forum via Pangea Softwares site with tips hints from all the top players Air Wings addicts. Go check this game out, but be prepared for your GF, Parents, Wife, Boss to be not so happy as all you will want to do is play this game. See you out there… Expand

Kid friendly, amazing performance, great graphics, and a strong user community via Pangea Software's forum combine providing great entertainment. My kids love to watch the action on AirPlay as we each take turns flying in the different arenas. Most players seem to defer to the needs of newbies and small kids but for real fun buy theSimply the best all out flyer/combat game for IOS. Kid friendly, amazing performance, great graphics, and a strong user community via Pangea Software's forum combine providing great entertainment. My kids love to watch the action on AirPlay as we each take turns flying in the different arenas.     I love this game and the way you can play casually for a break or really practice and get good as a challenge! It's got the usual, superb Pangea graphics, but also requires just enough skill and strategy to be in engaging but not hopelessly complicated. When I think if all the hours of fun I've had for a few bucks it's about the best value in gaming I've gotten. Gotta love Air Wings!

    I have never been a gamer, but the day I found air wings all that changed! I play this game on a daily basis and it never gets old, in fact iv made some friends along the way meeting people all over the world. Pangea has the best support from any app iv ever attempted to contact and the game is simply AMAZING!

    Air Wings offers some good laughs and solid iPod touch and iPhone mechanics. Thankfully the game is also compatible with the iPad. Hopefully, more users will start playing it and more features can be added.

    Air Wings is an enjoyable and also surprisingly competitive game. The controls have been done well, and the matches are free from lag. Players with a couple of dollars spare for the in-app purchases should definitely give this a try.
