    A fresh take on the shootem'up genre, that has its only downsides in its price tag and the little content offered for it. Still, a good choice for whoever loved the '90s shooters.

    Act of Fury is a perfect fit for the iPhone; it's uncomplicated, good looking, and probably the easiest game to pick up and play that I've, er…picked up and played. It's also cruel, frustrating, and at times you'll swear it's just being unfair.

    Act of Fury: Kraine's Revenge is a pleasant alternative to the classic top-down shoot 'em ups, with great 2D graphics and a steep difficulty curve.
