    With several years between the first game and the third one, the 9th Dawn series now spans a number of eras in mobile gaming. But it has always been true to what it wanted to offer from the start, which is a world of adventures and memories on your mobile device with no nonsense weighing it down. 9th Dawn III is by leaps and bounds the easiest of the series to get into, and that’s an important step forward as once you get into these games, you won’t get out for a very long time indeed. Just one more quest, one more dive into that crypt, one more round of fishing, one more card game, one more tough monster defeated. And so it goes, until the sun rises on another new day. Don’t miss this one, my RPG-loving friends.

    9th Dawn III it's an action rpg that creates a rich world filled with towns, npcs with their own day/night time scheduling, dungeons.

    You are free to roam around, go fishing, go mining, play cards with npcs, capture and collect monsters, craft any kind of items.
    A mobile game this big should have got a 10 out of 10, but sadly there are a couple of aspects that keep me from rating it as perfect.
    This is what i don't like:
    1- You fight swarms of enemies that run at you, mindlessly. You'll find soon to put focus on learning large area spells. No tactic is involved in fighting, nor any knowledge of the different kinds of monsters. This is a big CON to me.
    2- Exploring the world isn't that exciting. You easily overcome the lonely beasts that you encounter while roaming around. This is a direct consequence of the fact that the game focuses on fighting large packs of enemies at once.
    3- Dungeons are too big, and their maps are entirely visible as soon as you enter in them. This way, you don't know which road you've already taken inside of the dungeon.
    4- In order to complete dungeons, you have to climb up and down stairs. Every time you climb a stair, the monsters on the level you are accessing are entirely respawned, even if you killed them 10 seconds before. This leads you into a painful grinding

    The first 9th Dawn it's for sure a smaller experience, but it contains a more tactic combat experience, which i like better. In addition, in the first 9th Dawn you feel constantly in danger while exploring the world, and you have to worry about any single beast you encounter.
