BTOct 10, 2005A solid RPG with the x-men thrown in for good measure. If you are a fan of the x-men you'll love it, if you're not, you'll still love it. I would have like some more character's but every x-men fan wants to play as their favorite so I guess they could have had 50 playable characters and still not pleased everyone. Give it a go, trust me you'll love it.

ShaneS.May 12, 2006It doesn't really deserve a ten, but it doesn't deserve the 6.1 rating that it currently has. It's a very good dungeon crawler, and a vast improvement over the original. I'm fine with people giving a game a zero, but not when they don't even leave commentary. That's just low.

Also new, and welcome for those who don't favor the role-playing aspect, is the ability to ignore the character management with automated leveling up.

Game InformerPure fun that increases exponentially has you add more friends to the mix. [Nov 2005, p.138]

A terrific action-RPG that serves as an example of what a sequel ought to be. It's better than the original, absorbing and well balanced with enough challenge and variety to keep you busy for the 20-plus hours you'll need to get through it.
