Nov 14, 2015The Eternal Night took everything upsetting about the first handheld game and turned it into something truly remarkable. With stunning graphics, tight controls, and a tighter combat system, this is a GBA game that everyone should have.

CameronS.Jan 20, 2008This game was really fun, from start to finish. It has incredible depth for a handheld game, and it even has replay value.

SydeJ.Oct 10, 2007A good game which combines platforming and action adventure. A lot better than the previous spyro game on the GBA.

MoS.Oct 27, 2007I got this game based on the the recommendation from another site. Turns out it was spot on: this is a well-designed, great looking sidescrolling action platformer that could be straight from the 16-bit golden age. It has nothing to do with the mediocre "3D" DS version. Unexpectedly, one more GBA purchase just when I thought that chapter was closed.

AceGamezThe Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night is a gift that keeps giving until completion.

An incredibly fun, beautiful 2D action title that's deep and accessible at the same time. While the Spyro name might make some wary, anyone who misses this one is really missing out.

While the GBA version of this game isn't quite on par with it's siblings on the Wii, DS and PS2, it's still a simple and enjoyable game from start to finish.
