    2021 Update: This is not a very good version of the game. It's just OK. The screen crunch is what really kills this version of the game. I was use to it as a kid, but not today. It is technically easier than the PS1 version, but the screen crunch makes it harder in an unfair way. Luckily there are cheats for the game to see it all without having to go through hell with how the game is. But2021 Update: This is not a very good version of the game. It's just OK.     This is fun, but boy, is it hard. This version is almost as hard as the PS1 version. I feel like it would be better if the game's difficulty was toned down a bit. It's decent for on the go, though I would recommend the DSi version, due to it being a lot easier.    … Expand

    Fue mi primer juego de Game Boy Advance, si bien es muy colorido y me dejo gráficamente impresionado, jugablemente estaba bien pero no me acabó de enganchar y para mi era un juego difícil.

    This game is fantastic. One of the launch titles for the Gameboy Advance, this game truly demonstrates what the system is capable of. The enviroments are lush and beautiful, character animtions are fluid and stunning, the gameplay is difficult, but it has that "I can do it" feeling to it. If you like 2-D platformers, don't miss this game.

    All you do is throw fists that's it you can duck and jump and do what ever mario can do. The music is great untill you find there's only 2 or 4 songs in the game! if you go through this site you'll find a couple of reviews I'm a true gamer and I know what I'm talking about.

    Rayman passed untouchable in the GBA, similar to the PS adaptations that made the franchise important. What i want now, is too Ubisoft stop being lazy, and make more of this frantastic series.

    Rayman Advance is easily one of the most challenging GBA titles. For that reason, I nearly ripped of my finger in frustration (sarcasm.) But the graphics are colorful and the animation is jaw-dropping. I just wish that the game had more music in it that isn't so repetitive.

    Rayman Advance is one of the best platformers released on the GBA. Graphics and animations are great and the gameplay is pure Rayman! Once you started playing, you won`t stop until you finished this great jump n`run. Let`s play!

    Make no mistake this game is *hard* and there will be times when you want to throw down your GBA in frustration. However Rayman is an absolutley classic platformer with plenty of variation and huge reply value.

    Si bien la música y los gráficos son increíbles y agradezco de verdad que se haya traducido al español esta versión, hay que reconocer que esto es la única razón por la que la gente lo recuerda. Las continuaciones limitadas, la dificultad a lo ensayo y error y el hecho de que hay que obtener el 100% solo para poder enfrentarte al jefe final le quita bastantes puntos. Tampoco innova muchoSi bien la música y los gráficos son increíbles y agradezco de verdad que se haya traducido al español esta versión, hay que reconocer que esto es la única razón por la que la gente lo recuerda. Tampoco innova mucho dentro del genero en cuanto a la jugabilidad, aunque esto en lo personal, no seria un problema si por lo menos hiciera todo bien, ya que graficamente y musicalmente ha envejecido muy bien!
    La cámara en esta versión es terrible por lo que te vas a caer muchísimas veces y encontrar todas las jaulas en estas condiciones sin una guía es una locura, considerando que hay que tocar pixeles específicos del mapa para hacer que aparezcan las jaulas. Rayman 1 considero que es un juego de plataformas algo mediocre, eso si, si dejas pasar sus fallos podrás divertirte sin problemas... Recomiendo mucho mejor el Rayman Redemption para empezar con esta saga, un fan game que soluciona casi todos los problemas del juego original.    … Expand

    A pretty looking platformer that adds a mild Metroidvania element for a little variety. Unfortunately, rather than a free-roaming environment to explore it merely forces you to replay the same linear levels over and over which kind of defeats the object. A solid but generic example of cutesy platforming for the younger player.

    I have so much fun every time I play this game. Everything about it, from the story to the gameplay, is just amazing. I enjoyed every moment while playing this game
