Not that great, but less buggy than other FullFat releases...

Sloppy controls take what could have been a mediocre platformer into the territory of being broken. Not helped by the unwise decision to attempt a pseudo-3D platformer on the GBA (unsuccessfully, as usual). There's some nice art and music here, but it's not worth sitting through the bland levels and tortuously unresponsive jumping controls for.

The Pac-Man charm keeps this mediocre platformer a bit more bite than a lot more average games on the GBA it also has some interesting levels and an awesome soundtrack to boot.

It has the soundtrack of the console version, which is pretty cool, but the lack of a save feature is a deal braker! the graphics are great, and the controls are a little tricky, but ultimately i don't care about any of this because without a save feature it's all pointless. this game is too hard (imo) to be beaten without a save.

This Game had the charm of the original game. tight controls, best levels, great everything.

This nice-sounding, good-looking, and tightly designed PAC-MAN adventure is a nice callback to the original game on the PS1. With a password system and challenging bosses, and smooth animations, this game offers enough of a fun experience to justify its role as a scaled-down version of a great game.

Unless you have a real Pac-fixation, I'd advise you leave it. [Nov 2005, p.112]
