This game still is great and aged well. It's my 17th favorite GBA game. There is just one problem. The series is kinda getting stall but it doesn't have to much effect on the game.

The fourth entry is arguably the most fine-tuned in term of difficulty, level design and in-game mechanic.

Really good controls, great music and improved difficulty level combines to an amazing game. Even though the gameplay is amazing, it gets repetitive sometimes. But it's still an awesome game.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This game was unnecesary and bad.
First of all, this is the easiest Mega Man Zero (which shouldn't be considering that the previous games were insanely difficult).
The story is boring and doesn't make any sense, why is Dr. Weil alive? Where are the 3 Guardians?
WHY DOES THIS GAME EVEN EXIST?!
The weapons are lame... where is the Shield Boomerang? COME ON! WHAT IS THIS? A HAND?
Its level design is... lazy, compared to the previous games, and the bosses have the most predicable patterns ever!
The weather system sucks, all it does is go either to your favour or the boss' favour.
The music is awesome and I honestly think is the only good thing about this game (besides Zero's new voice).
And now... let's talk about the ending.
ZERO DYING. AGAIN. Only that this time is for real... why Capcom? This is a joke!
And no kidding, that f*****g ending makes me cry...
Overall, this is one of the worst Mega Man games ever.
And by the way, this game originally was going to be a prequel to the first game... Capcom f****d up everything and now, it's a bad game.

For the first time I feel as though a Megaman Zero game has balanced it's difficulty. Slowly as the series has progressed, things have gotten easier, and this game is the most accessible yet. The plot is bitter-sweet, but it seems to bring closure to the Zero series - something Capcom is not known to do with a popular franchise.

Tha game's plot is perfectly excecuted, and gameplay is magnificent. the bosses and music are top-grade, and the new Zero Knuckle adds some thrill into the game. What bugs me is the easiness. What used to be the hardest game I own (Before I got into gaming.), is now possibly the easiest game ever, besides ZX.

  1. The Mega Man franchise strives ahead with the same solid and addictive gameplay, plus some added RPG elements and tweaks to please the fans.
  2. It looks incredible, sounds great, and plays beautifully...what's not to love? If you haven't yet tried out this excellent series, this is the best game to start on.
  3. This is a polished, dead-on addition to a franchise in which a sore thumb stands out.
