Unfortunately, any promise of a good game is hindered by the insistence that your car explode in a fiery crash nearly every time you come in contact with another vehicle.

This lack of depth pulls it away from becoming an exemplary title.

A fun ride from beginning to end, with a variety of different modes and several play options to keep the discriminating race fans enthralled for hours.

The real fun of Driven is that it is so easy to play and yet so strategic in execution.

All in all though, the birds-eye view of the action is what drives Driven -- like it, and you'll like the game. Hate it, and you'll consider Driven to be just another failed movie license.

Graphically this game does not live up to Game Boy Advance standards.

It has solid graphics, fairly good sound, but flawed driving mechanics that ultimately bring the game down.

When compared to other racing games using a similar engine, Driven's controls don't feel as tight, nor does the gameplay offer any sort of rush.

Driven really takes a step forward in playability by actually injecting intelligence, plot and emotion into the traditionally faceless racing genre.

Scratch below the surface, however, and the game reveals its suspect paint job with the actual degree of variation in gameplay terms proving very limited.
