While Vampire Moon ends up with good presentation and some clever min-games, the puzzles and length of the game weigh it down.

Don't let Vampire Moon's budget price entice you. At the end of the day, this bogged-down adventure game lacks the kind of bite a good vampire tale needs.

A very convincing Vampire themed hidden object game that once again does the genre proud providing an entertaining experience that's enjoyable throughout.

The Dracula-themed story means there are 'spooky' (ie, murky0 locations unsuited to item-finding, and some object placement is just impossible. [Issue#56, p.71]

But considering Vampire Moon is first and foremost a hidden object game, this is unsurprising– it almost seems as if City Interactive wanted to make the simplest game possible, and threw on a threadbare story simply to make it seem like a legitimate adventure game.

It's a dull trek and the stupid storyline doesn't help much. [Christmas 2010, p.91]

A tedious, barely justified chore of a game, easily bested by it's cousin Crime Lab: Body of Evidence.

Vampire Moon: The Mystery of the Hidden Sun is a good hidden object game despite its faults.
