    I love the DS version of Biggest Loser! I always have a DS in my purse for my kids and just started using the recipes and calorie information in the Biggest Loser to buy healthier foods for me and my kids. I even used it last night when we were out to eat and was shocked at the calories in the entree i was going to get. Needless to say when i saw the calorie count on my DS, i changed myI love the DS version of Biggest Loser! I always have a DS in my purse for my kids and just started using the recipes and calorie information in the Biggest Loser to buy healthier foods for me and my kids. I even used it last night when we were out to eat and was shocked at the calories in the entree i was going to get. Needless to say when i saw the calorie count on my DS, i changed my order to a salad with the dressing on the side. I've started using the Wii game as well and can't believe the workout I'm getting!… Expand

    If you're looking for a good exercise game, go with the Wii console version of The Biggest Loser instead, as this iteration will be more cumbersome to use once you start getting active.

    The best way to describe The Biggest Loser on the DS is as a weight loss and healthy eating tool. I found more value in the calorie counter, calculator, and recipes than I did the exercise portion of the title.
