    While a simple SRPG comparing to many out there, this one gets some attention because of the captivating characters and beautiful soundtrack. It's fairly easy to start playing, and has a nice difficulty curve, which makes this title very good for relaxing and enjoying the storyline (and maybe the fanservice).

    A fun little turn-based RPG with some gratuitious fan service in the form of cleavage (for those that enjoy this sort of thing in their games). The characters are decently developed and the story is entertaining. It's by no means ground-breaking, but you'll definitely remember the characters even if you don't remember the story that well. The options you take in the game affect your relations (and romance) with the characters and the end-game, which allows for quite a bit of replayability. In fact, after beating the game you can play through again while keeping your characters and their abilities from the previous playthrough. This allows you to get 100% much easier than starting over from scratch every time, or just let you enjoy the different character options without worrying so much about the battles. Don't expect something perfect and just relax, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it - after all, isn't that the point?… Expand

    A great Imageepoch game. If you can get past the gratuitous fanservice-y character designs you'll find a really engaging grid-based battle system and some characters that are entertaining in their own right. All the art in the game is hand-drawn so it is all very nice to look at and the battle stages are concise and fun to fight through.

    If you played the original Luminous Arc or not didn't doesn't really matter. The story stands alone and the interface and bosses are much better. The bosses won't chase you thorough a stage while you're trying to eliminate the other threats like in the first game. Intermission choices can be just as hard to make as in LA1 though, so watch out.    … Expand

    Another Final Fantasy Tactics clone with slightly simplified combat over the last outing. They have included a skip feature on the cut scenes this time, but only for the current line of text so they still take waaaaay too long. But a nice little turn-based strategy game...when you *eventually* get to actually play it.

    The story is engaging and the characters are lively and fun. Those that wanted something more in its predecessor will surely be pleased. Fans of the strategy RPG genre will definitely want to check this one out.
