AnthonyP.Feb 3, 2010This game is really terrible. I was hoping that it would be good but I was extremely disappointed. Don't waste your points on this garbage.

If you're in the mood for a completely mindless, easy to learn action RPG, Legends of Exidia might not be a very bad pick, provided you can look over its flaws.
-
The story is silly, the sound effects are like Chinese water torture (special to Gameloft: The sound of another human being swallowing is not a sound normal people like to hear over and over) and the only thing resembling challenge is when it decides to kill you with half-baked action sequences.

Legends of Exidia definitely isn’t a bad in-betweener. It carries a retro-ish feel with it and with tiny variations in its gameplay, it manages to keep you busy. Unfortunately, there are multiple reasons to leave the game where it is. It’s not an engaging story and there are a few flaws in the gameplay, such as not being able to choose the magic you’re going to use. The biggest setback is that after completing the story, you can start all over again when you want to complete the side missions. Those that are in the game itself are not really worth it, but the Hero Mode can surprise you.
