    digimon world dusk, es un excelente rpg y sobre todo uno de los mejores juegos de la saga, para los amantes de digimon es perfecto, historia y musica atrapante, una cantidad de digimon impresionante, fuciones y lo mejor modo multijador online y local de lo mejor en ds, bastante innovador el modo farm para entrenar los digimon, y la criansa de huevos, le dan un toque nuevo a los rpg, sudigimon world dusk, es un excelente rpg y sobre todo uno de los mejores juegos de la saga, para los amantes de digimon es perfecto, historia y musica atrapante, una cantidad de digimon impresionante, fuciones y lo mejor modo multijador online y local de lo mejor en ds, bastante innovador el modo farm para entrenar los digimon, y la criansa de huevos, le dan un toque nuevo a los rpg, su dificultad es bastante alta, para lograr vencer a la gaia y obtener el tamer legendario, dedica mucho tiempo como buen rpg, digimon dawn cumple para los fans de la saga y como rpg no te arrepentiras esperemos que bandai namco localize mas juegos de digimon que son excelentes..     I like Digimon, and this game definitely shows some promise. I've played it a lot and can say that I really like the DigiFarm, the huge variety in the strength of Digimon, and how Digimon digivolve. A few big things I hate are the lack of fresh level Digimon(as well as many other Digimon like Yokomon, Bukamon, and lots of the one ones that are Armor Digivolved,) the pretty boringI like Digimon, and this game definitely shows some promise. I've played it a lot and can say that I really like the DigiFarm, the huge variety in the strength of Digimon, and how Digimon digivolve. A few big things I hate are the lack of fresh level Digimon(as well as many other Digimon like Yokomon, Bukamon, and lots of the one ones that are Armor Digivolved,) the pretty boring storyline, the dependency on having a Dawn player to trade with since that has all the good Digimon(only ones that you aren't able to get on Dawn without trading with Dusk are Piedmon and Apocalymon, and they're way less important than Guilmon, Chibomon, and Airdramon,) and the lack of ways to engage with the NPCs in any meaningful way. Glitches and fairly unimpressive artwork in general compared to most games don't help its case either.… Expand

    Este jogo consegue ser mais divertido do que Pokémon Pearl devido ao seu ritmo ser mais rápido, gráficos mais agradáveis e ter uma historia melhor escrita.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Digimon World DS 2 Dawn and Dusk is known to be one of the better Digimon World games. That's not saying much though. The classic Digimon World games can be outright abysmal to revisit. Unless you include the spin-off games like Rumble Arena, these were the dark ages. Sluggish gameplay mechanics, grinding that goes on for what feels like limbo, and just being boring in general. Even on my favorite console, this games are just uninspired time-wasters. But honestly, if I were to choose which game was better, I'd pick the first DS game. Keep in mind, there's a lot more Digimon to collect in this game, most fan favorite Digimon are also easier to obtain. But Digimon World DS is the better game because it's the more balanced game. Because 2 is a version exclusive gig, you can't obtain many of the new available Digimon unless you link up and breed your Digimon. On top of that, many of these "new levels" are just recreations of the level themes from the last game. And some of these dungeons are exclusive to the opposite version. The developers intentionally made the game smaller to encourage players to buy the other version. That's why DS is the better adventure, because you more to explore. That high encounter rate is annoying, but at least theirs more to see. The boss fights were better too, mainly consisting of well-known villain Digimon from the anime series. Their's even a little boss territory stamp to let players know when a big fight is about to start at the end of each level. While in this game, if you don't check the touch screen camera every now and then, you'll be in for a lot of surprise attacks. Even farm customization was better! Yes, its nice to have the ability to customize the music theme of each digi-farm. But for whatever reason, the best apart about farm customization has been stripped away. Like the last game, you can purchase various facilities and training equipment to decorate your farm. But not only do you no longer have control of where you want certain objects to go, there's also a lot less memory storage, meaning you can only keep about 2 to 3 items in a single area. How and why? You could keep up to 8 facilities in a fully upgraded farm in the last game. This doesn't feel like upgraded version, this is game pretending to be an upgraded version. Look Digimon World DS is a pretty weak game, but the developers barely tried with this sequel. The story is still boring as ever too. The trailer talks about how "they're are 2 sides to every story", when these games are actually telling role reversal stories. If you play Dawn, Night Claw falls under the Chrono-Core's control. If you play Dusk, Light Fang falls under the Chrono-Core's control. The bosses, quests, and rewards are different too. I'm sorry, but that trailer is incorrect. Looking at two sides of the story would be saying that we get to experience both the heroes and the villain's perspective, fight the aliens and the humans, DC and Marvel, you get the idea! Do really expect new players with opposite versions asking each other daily, "Is Light Fang evil?" or "Is Night Claw evil"? NO! The plots are similar, but they're completely different! The story theme is all over the place. Oh well, maybe these incredible characters will cheer me up. In Digimon World Dawn post game, your good friend Pulsa wants you to catch the ultimate Digimon in Access Glacier...wait a minute. "CATCH?" This Digimon game broke the golden rule. Never rip-off Pokemon if you want to be original! But by far, the most abysmal thing in this games the PLATINUM TAMER TEST. This true final boss fight is awful. Your opponents are Minomon, Kuramon, and ImperialDramon Paladin Mode. They have crazy high stats that don't even match their already high levels, Minomon can inflict your entire team to sleep while you can't do the same in return, and Minomon even heals his own team...well THAT'S fair. And what do you get for reaching the almighty Platinum Rank? Extra money...that's it. You can also enter the Platinum Rank tournament if you've done wireless connection before...don't care. The experience grinding alone to me about 26 hours in order to stand a chance against the bosses with the "screw-you" level of difficulty. The Gaia-Origin challenge, which was half as difficult, gives you rare Digimon data of Gallantmon Crimson Mode or Beelzemon Blast Mode depending on your version after completion. A much more satisfying reward. And what about the Platinum Tournament reward? Scan data of the weakest Digimon Chichimon, more money, and a farm good that raises Aptitude...which is pretty useless at this point of the game since players would already have Digimon with 99 aptitude to get pass the challenges. If you like completing challenges, more power to you. But gamers should spend time complete rewarding challenges, challenges that make you feel alive. And that's what this Digimon World DS games fail to do. They're nothing like the anime I love. They're a waste of time.… Expand

    PT-BR; Digimon Dawn/ Dusk são dois jogos muito bem feitos. Eu amei a variedade de digimons, e a trama é bem fechada. É possível obter quase todos os digimons lançados na época, o que por si só é incrível. A única parte que acho negativa nisso tudo é algumas linhas evolutivas, pois algumas simplesmente não fazem sentido. Sem contar o multiplayer, eu sei que o jogo foi feito para que vocêPT-BR; Digimon Dawn/ Dusk são dois jogos muito bem feitos. Eu amei a variedade de digimons, e a trama é bem fechada. É possível obter quase todos os digimons lançados na época, o que por si só é incrível. A única parte que acho negativa nisso tudo é algumas linhas evolutivas, pois algumas simplesmente não fazem sentido. Sem contar o multiplayer, eu sei que o jogo foi feito para que você pudesse lutar com seus amigos, mas depois que o sistema do DS foi desabilitado, isso se tornou inviável. Apesar disso, continua sendo um ótimo jogo.
    EN: Digimon Dawn/ Dusk are two very well done games. I loved the variety of digimons, and the plot is tight. It is possible to obtain almost all digimon released at the time, which in itself is amazing. The only negative part of this is some evolutionary lines, as some just don't make sense. Not counting multiplayer, I know the game was made so you could fight with your friends, but after the DS system was disabled, that became unfeasible.     Basically the same game as Dawn but play as the Night Crow characters instead. As such it could easily have been an additional mode so releasing it as a separate game feels like an attempt to rip off fans, which is never a good look.

    It feels more like an expansion pack or parallel game than a true sequel. There are a ton of Digimon to collect, it's just unfortunate that players are forced to progress through a fetch-quest storyline.
