You can play as the witch now, that's cool, she moves slow, but that's alright, just like in the last game, if she dies, you lose, this game is more complicated than the last game, you use the buttons to move the witch and the circle/d pad to move the hero, it was fun and so was the first game

Witch and Hero II may not fully live up to its potential due to a feeling of repetitiveness and confusing control mechanics but it does boast a rather interesting gameplay and has a certain charm of its own. While the levels could be more varied, the players will have to use elements of strategy and action to get through, which coupled with the game's humorous dialogues will still provide for a pleasant experience.

A grim example of a sequel that doesn't do enough to improve on the flaws of the original, Witch & Hero 2 mirrors far more than it should without bringing anything truly exciting to the table.
