    A true recreation of the original Phoenix Wright trilogy.

    The new graphics look far better with the 24-bit color depth of the 3DS than the 16-bit color depth of the Game Boy Advance/Nintendo DS. The graphics are crisp, clear and the lighting effects (especially on peoples faces) look more realistic. I do have a minor complaint, though. Although I do appreciate the 3D effect (3D turned on), I noticed some tiny black bars on the left and right edges of the screen. It doesn't matter, since sometimes I go to 2D whenever I feel the need to do so.

    As for gameplay, it's basically untouched from the original games, although the typos were fixed.

    The sounds are also untouched from the original games. It still has all the original voice actors!

    For $30, it's a much better deal than buying these games separately. It's a great pack, and I highly recommend you buy it!    … Expand

    The story was told perfectly with robust cast of characters and an the most jaw dropping revelation.

    I will admit I am a little biased as I do think no game is "Perfect." Id rate this a 9.8 if I had the option. The thing about AAT is that it takes ALL 3 Games from the ds and outs it into around a 65 HOUR game for $30! The characters music game play and more just flows so nice together. Do yourself a favor and play AAT NOW

    Slightly reworked graphics, rest is as good as ever (even the Movie was totally awesome =)

    It´s a must "Rebuy" to make sure Capcom will produce / translate / release more Titles like this. Combining "Visual Novel / Adventurestyle / Court-Action" mixed with colorful Characters is still entertaining, even on my third playthrough. Dont forget the Score! The Music received even a    Slightly reworked graphics, rest is as good as ever (even the Movie was totally awesome =)

    I've only played the original trilogy, not this remake, but since there's not much new or removed in it, the trilogy retains the BROstoise Seal of High Approval. This is the greatest gaming franchise ever made.

    To rate the game itself on the merits of the 3 Phoenix Wright games, these games are incredibly fun and goofy visual novel puzzles that are a blast to try to figure out, and a joy to read. The 3 of them together at a price that is entirely reasonable makes it a must have for anyone wanting to play these games.

    However, to rate this as a remake, the new graphics are actually really bad.    To rate the game itself on the merits of the 3 Phoenix Wright games, these games are incredibly fun and goofy visual novel puzzles that are a blast to try to figure out, and a joy to read. The 3 of them together at a price that is entirely reasonable makes it a must have for anyone wanting to play these games.

    However, to rate this as a remake, the new graphics are actually really bad. The new artwork is incredibly choppy and it really shows that all they did was paint over the old primarily GBA capable graphics. Since it fit the limitations and created an interesting style when it was released, it was a lot more forgivable, but when both of the other phoenix wright games on the 3ds look smooth and original, it just makes this new collection feel lazy and contrived.

    There is NO new content on any of the games, as they are just straight ports in the story, music, sounds, and everything non graphical. No behind the scenes, no editing of the plot to accommodate for the added DS case in the first game, and no attempts to make this game anything new. If you have the originals, there is no reason to pick this up, especially because it still isn't the Ace Investigation 2 that you've been waiting for.    … Expand

    If your a fan of Phoenix Wright and want to make sure the series stays alive you must buy this before Capcom kills it off like Mega-Man. Its a port of the DS games with the sprites from the iOS version. The iOS version would be the definitive version if not for glitches that this game mostly solves. While missing some frames of animation everything else is perfectly fine (even in 3D).     this is a top notch hd collection. the redone animation looks very clean and smooth and unlike the dreadful ios collection it doesn't have silly issues like slow text speed or missing music. some people may be disappointed by the lack of a physical version of this game but if you're okay with buying it digitally then your getting a great value for 3 of the best games from the ds/gba

    What can you say about this trilogy of games. One of the definitive trilogies in gaming is what I say. Fantastic story, phenomenal soundtrack. There are loads of unforgettable moments in here. If you've never played the series, this is a must-buy. If you have, well here's the definitive version at a convenient price.

The beautiful part about visual novel based games is that they age very well so although Ace Attorney is an older series of games, it stays competitive with contemporary competitors.

    It is very different from Danganronpa and Zero Escape games in its atmosphere. Danganronpa and Zero Escape always had this grim and dreadful atmosphere and premise, whereas Ace Attorney is a lot more lighthearted and offers a ton of laugh out loud humor. Doesn't mean its a kiddie game, after all, you are a defense attorney dealing with constant murder cases.

    Great characters with great dialogue, well drawn art and very good music. Pretty much everything you need in a visual novel to have a good time.
    If you are looking to get into Ace Attorney series, this trilogy is the place to start.    … Expand

    Great game. There are still a few typos like in the Mask Demasque case where a "brooch" is called a "broach," but that's not really a big deal. I took off one point mainly because of one case in the second game ... the infamous Barry's Big Top.

Dual Destinies got me hooked on the series, so when I heard that a collection of the first three games was going to be released, I naturally purchased it on launch day. To this day, I do not regret that purchase. Three equally fantastic titles bundled into one package. My newfound liking for the series was only justified by this trilogy, as the various cases throughout Phoenix Wright's first years as a lawyer range from emotionally saddening to hilarious. Most characters are immensely deep, and it is because of this depth that Miles Edgeworth is now my favourite Ace Attorney character. When a game has you almost crying when a killer confesses, you know that you've got great character development. This is excellent value for money and highly recommended.… Expand

    This game or better said compilation of games, is excellent. All of the original Phenix Wright games are here, they look better than ever with new graphics and animations, better way to listen to the awesome soundtrack and it plays the same as it did on the DS. If you have never played an Ace Attorney game this is a must buy, this is the best way to play the original trilogy, but for theThis game or better said compilation of games, is excellent.     I think that this is truly a unique game and I would recommend that if you are a fan of this type of genre then I think you should give this game a try.

    Probablement l'une des meilleurs séries de l'histoire du jeu vidéo. Le scénario est prenant, les personnes sont attachant. On aimerais vraiment que les autres épisodes soient traduits en Français !

    Me encanta Ace Attorney pero la trilogía no está en español. ¿Qué cuesta copiar las traducciones de los originales? ¿Por qué sí está en alemán o francés pero no en español, cuando es el segundo idioma con más nativos tras el mandarín?

    . To find the contradictions you have to follow a predefined script by the producer. Sometimes you find a contradiction, but you can't expose it yet, because you have to "respect" the script.

    . There are no dubs for the characters' lines (more texts to read throughout the game)

    Ace Attorney is a series I can recommend to almost anybody, you like a good read? Even one of these games is longer than your standard novel and will keep you enthralled for almost the entirety of its runtime. You an anime fan?     Ace Attorney is a series I can recommend to almost anybody, you like a good read? Even one of these games is longer than your standard novel and will keep you enthralled for almost the entirety of its runtime. You an anime fan? Well you'll love the games anime-esque character design. You like crying your eyes out over incredibly emotional and hard hitting stories? You'll love the third game in particular, but the third game relies heavily on your knowledge of the first two, so have fun playing them.

    The only flaw with the games is that each game has "third case syndrome" which means the third level, or "case" as the series calls them, is often very slow, boring and feels a lot like filler because of its lack of plot significance, Roundabout Big Top, the third case of the second game is particularly bad. The original sprite work also suffers a tad, while originally they were sprites and were obviously pixilated, now that they've been given a HD redo, they can look a little empty in certain poses, like there's missing detail. Not a huge issue, certainly a nitpick, but with a series so amazing, it's hard to find gripes that aren't nitpicks

    In my opinion, the series positives outweigh the negatives tenfold, the story, the music, the characters, the music, the art, did I say the music already? It's all so fantastic and more than worth your time, do yourself a favour and pick this trilogy up.    … Expand

    Didn't play the original GBA/DS versions, but the graphics and sound on this version are really good! I loved everything on these games, the story, the gameplay and the music. Justice for All isn't as good as the first and third games and with a little bit of search you can figure out why, but the third game makes up for it so please play them all! You won't regret it.

    Writing manages to be fun and silly while also centering around murder trials. The investigation sections are a slog to get through, but I don’t mind it most of the time. Probably better experienced as a spectator though.

    Amazing storytelling, unique gameplay, entertaining trials and jaw-dropping plot twists enhanced by absolutely epic soundtrack. You cant help but feel chills down your spine every time the protagonist slams the desk and screams objection, while cross-examining the witness.
