Oct 15, 2012Great game, perfectly paced for a handheld. Playing Code of Princess is like stepping back to the 90's when games were developed to be a memorable experience. Incredible amount of content on the cartridge, without the need of DLC. If you enjoy old school beat-um-ups with with RPG elements buy this game.

Nov 20, 2012It has a genius localization thanks to Atlus, its humour is just great, you'll be playing to see what the character will say next, also, for the fans of beat-em-ups its a good game. The only downside is that it can suffer from frame rate when you're playing with more than 2 people, other than that, great.

Aug 7, 2014Absolute trash. Voice acting is the worst I have ever heard. Story and characters are utterly atrocious. Gameplay is only fun for the first couple hours. Graphics and character animations are embarrassing. The turn animation was more fluid in the Castlevania games for the DS. Complete crap, start to finish. If you dig action/rpgs, go with Kingdom Hearts.

Nov 25, 2012Charming character designs and quirky storyline can't help this game from being a repetitive mash fest. Sure, it has this weird and funny Anime vibe to it, but alas the basic game is akin to brawlers such as Dynasty Warriors and the like, albeit in glorious 2.5D format. Could have been better.

Jan 25, 2013TONS of characters with full voice acting, all with different play styles, and a charming story. Everything I'd expect from an Atlus game. Kept me busy for hours.

Mar 18, 2013Clunky controls, tacked-on RPG elements, and terrible lag get in the way of an otherwise solid sidescroller beat'em-up. Not bad, but not worth the time when games like Muramasa exist already.

Dec 18, 2013Code of Princess plays like an old school game, but as a package manages to feel fresh due to its witty script, complete with sharp voice acting.

Jun 1, 2013Like Lady Zozo, its heart is in the right place, but its arms and legs are on backwards and inside out. Too monotonous to be entertaining.
